Delete Your Account
You can delete your Miya account directly in the app, or by contacting our support team. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the App

Open the Miya app and log in to your account.

Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Settings (gear icon in the top right).

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.

Option 2 — Contact Support
Send us an email with your registered User ID and we will delete your account within 7 business days.
Email Support⚠️ Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, messages, and any unused virtual items (coins, VIP). This action cannot be reversed. Unused purchases are non-refundable.
